Brandon Marshall Joining the Seahawks

34 year old wide receiver Brandon Marshall will be joining the Seattle Seahawks for the 2018 season, per Adam Schefter and his Instagram, as you can see his most recent photos below. He seems pretty excited.

In 12 seasons with Denver, Miami, Chicago, and both New York teams, Marshall has caught 959 passes for 12,215 yards and 82 touchdowns. The 6'4 receiver only played five games in 2017 with the Giants, being impacted by an ankle injury.

"Let's Go," Marshall said on social media. "Always wanted to play in front of these fans."

He joins Doug Baldwin, Tyler Lockett, Jaron Brown, Amara Darboh, Marcus Johnson, David Moore, and Tanner McEvoy as current Seattle Seahawks receivers.

If Marshall can recapture some of his 2015 success that saw him catch 109 balls for 1,502 yards and 14 touchdowns, the Seahawks will have gotten themselves a deal at just two million dollars.

So, who is Seattle getting? The injured 2017 Marshall or the star 2015 Marshall? Or will Marshall even be on the 53-man roster for the first game? Remember the team signed another veteran wide receiver, Terrell Owens, for a few weeks ahead of the 2012 season before letting him go prior to that season beginning.
